Our Picnic: The First-Ever “Longest Table” in Tribeca

Our Picnic: The First-Ever “Longest Table” in Tribeca

On Sunday, June 14, in partnership with The Longest Table, the CFDC hosted the first no-charge community potluck in the neighborhood. The picnic brought together a broad range of New Yorkers from all backgrounds to share a meal at one long communal table. While the crowd enjoyed the opportunity to meet, eat, and celebrate what makes Tribeca special, the choir from The Church Street School for Music and Art performed. We are so grateful to the Friends of TriBeCa Park for providing this beautiful space for all to enjoy.

Many thanks to the sponsors that came together to make it happen, including Grandaisy Bakery, Duane Park Patisserie, Tribeca Alliance, 10013 Foundation, IPNTA, Elan Flowers, DCTV, The Washington Spectator, Downtown Independent Democrats and Manhattan Youth.
