As its incorporation as a 501(c)(3) becomes finalized, the CFDC’s Board of Trustees is conducting outreach to community businesses, organizations and associations interested in aligning with its mission for thoughtful development in Tribeca. The effort is widespread, including educational, hospitality, non-profit, residential, retail, housing, and neighborhood organizations. We anticipate that the coalition will become a critical resource and network in the fall, when increased advocacy efforts and support will be required to ensure thoughtful development as it relates to next steps for the City of Yes for Housing Opportunity.
